Assistant Professor, Kiel University, Germany, (1990-1996), established first German multidisciplinary
working group in novel marine research field; led multi-national European Union research projects and represented
German Ministry of Research in European consultations.

stalling startup company by implementing new corporate strategies and processes and headed $3 million funding round, investor

cross-functional, multi-national project teams for $200 million industrial biotech/renewable
